At Start Hypnosis Academy, your meditation teacher is a seasoned practitioner with decades of personal and professional experience. Trained in Vipassana and the Tri Ratna tradition, I’ve explored techniques like Metta Bhavana, insight meditation, and heart-based practices that echo the path of the Buddha. My teachings draw on the wisdom of Ram Dass, Thich Nhat Hanh, Eckhart Tolle, and the Bhagavad Gita—blending ancient and modern traditions.
